About
My name is Sole Webb-Suchomel, formerly known as Sole Suchomel. I practice exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and probate law, including conservatorships and guardianships, and serve as a court-appointed attorney representing developmentally disabled individuals who are subjects of conservatorships. In addition to having my own practice, I am of counsel for Webb Law Group. I hold a law degree from the University of Kansas and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, where I was selected as a Merit Scholarship Recipient and received the Ronson J. Shamoun RJS Tax Law Scholarship. During my time at the University of San Diego, I was mentored by some of the best estate planning and tax attorneys in San Diego, California. I am a member of the San Diego County Bar and Probate Attorneys of San Diego. I am admitted to practice law in the State of California and Paraguay.
My Mission
No matter the client, my mission is the same: do my best to help them. Clients come to me from all walks of life, and my goal is to help them overcome any legal concerns or provide them with a plan to prepare for their future. I want my clients to know that legal services don’t have to be complicated or intimidating, and I aim to make my clients feel comfortable enough to trust me with their estate planning issues.
I wanted to start my own firm because I saw a need in my community. A need for an experienced English and Spanish-speaking attorney.
